ABOUT THE PROJECT
Designed with a focus on sustainability and wellness, the new construction at Ponce City Market will evolve the mixed-used model and structured shopping experience through new prototype verticals, including a mass timber loft office building, new hospitality living concept, and a new multi-family residential community designed to promote frictionless living.

Flex Stay Space
21-story flexible-stay hospitality living building at the corner of Glen Iris and Glen Iris Way, with 405 units and 12,000 SF of retail space.

4-story, 90,000 sf mass timber loft office building at the corner of Ponce and Glen Iris with 23,000 SF of ground-level retail space.

FLEX LIVING + 619 PONCE
October, 2023: 619 Ponce topped out in June and our Flex Living building followed in July. We expect 619 Ponce to substantially complete in December, 2023 and for tenant build-outs to begin in January, 2024. Our Flex Living concept will follow in 2024 with substantial completion anticipated in Summer, 2024.
